Barça Sign Deal With USA’s Major League Soccer

Barça signed a deal today to play six matches in the next five years with teams in America’s Major League Soccer (MLS). Barça’s vicepresidents Ferran Soriano and Jaume Ferrer were in New York today to seal the deal with MLS commissioner Don Garber. The first games will be played this summer and an announcement will be made next week regarding dates and opponents. Click here to read more.

    I have no idea about the Matterazzi possibility. Obviously Barça need some cover at the back. Garay was talked about, and Chivu has been mentioned again as well as Pique. Since Milito’s injury the press know we have to buy someone, hence so much speculation.

    Oh, dear. Hopefully, they are being well compensated for this. I suppose they are just following the lead of other major clubs seeking to boost their revenues and image in a major market. Oh, well. Visca el Barça!

    fcbarcelona-ks.com - why is Matterazzi bad? Yes, he is not young, he is very rude, but I think he is a smart defender. Of course he is not for Barca, because we play beatiful football and it is not his style, but I wouldn’t say that he is bad.
