Bojan Scores For Under-21s

October 12th, 2007 by Nic · No Comments

Barça’s young star Bojan Krkic scored his first goal for Spain’s under-21 team in a 0-2 win in Poland tonight. Bojan scored the second goal in injury time to complete a good performance. The turning point in the game came after 69 minutes when Polish goalkeeper Bartosz was sent off for handling outside the area.

As Poland had used all their subs, outfield player Wilk had to go in goal. His first job as goalie was to pick the ball out of the net as Jose Manuel Jurado scored Spain’s first from the free kick. Bojan scored the second in the 92nd minute, finishing off a counter attack.
