While the bad news was the injury to Albert Jorquera after only 14 minutes, the good news was a goal for Bojan Krkic in his first game representing Catalunya. Bojan played the first 6o minutes before being substituted, and scored the opening goal of a 1-1 draw between the Basque Country (Euskal Herria) and Catalunya played in Athletic Bilbao’s San Mames stadium. Carles Puyol played for 45 minutes and, as can been seen in the photo above, was obviously wearing a wig.

Bojan’s goal came after 29 minutes, but the Basques equalized in the second half through Aduriz. Xavi Hernandez also played for 60 minutes and Marc Crosas came on as a sub for the last 16 minutes.
