Just in case anyone is wondering why Madrid who have scored 55 goals and conceded 34 are above Barça (64-30) it is because in La Liga when two teams are level on points only the goals scored in the games between those clubs are counted (head-to-head goal difference). So as Madrid beat Barça 2-0 at the Bernabéu and drew 3-3 at Camp Nou if the teams are level on points Madrid will be above Barça.Is that clear???
