Dreadful news for Gabi Milito and Barça as doctors today confirmed he will need an operation on the cruciate ligaments in his right knee. Milito noticed discomfort after the Champions League game at Old Trafford and tests have now shown the extent of the damage. The recovery time is expected to be six months.

Noooooo! why is this always happening to us? What is our medical stabb doing? Don’t they earn their money keeping our players fit?

I can’t remember any other major club in the world, that has had the same amount of serious injuries as us. Poor Rijkaard.

Oh come on!! Clearly there is a problem with our medical staff, this many injuries just cannot be normal!

This is indeed terrible news. Will Thuram stay another season?

if it is truly an ACL injury, i think a more permanent replacement is needed. many many many players never really recover from anterior or posterior cruciate ligament tears. this is very bad news (worst injury of the season for us i think in terms of severity).

Need a new centre-back for the new season then. Marquez isn’t good enough and Thuram will be definitely gone.

Our medical staff are children, I’m sure.

yea it sux but we were going to get a new defender anyway, even if milito wasnt injured. and marquez is good enuf!!! hes the only defender that can actually make long passes.

Its almost official. Look at any Spanish press website from Sport.es to mundo all reports that Pep is our new coach.
    Damn, you Laporta.

This is the second time Milito has had the same injury. In 2003 he failed a medical with Real Mardid beacuse of his ACL. They clearly saw something we did not.

There are too many injuries and the staff have to be questioned about the treatment of the players. The number of players missing is unacceptable. It surely cannot be coincidental that the club has so many injuries.
